Horizontal centrifuge

Horizontal centrifuge is also called horizontal spiral discharge sedimentation centrifuge or drilling fluid centrifuge. Horizontal centrifuge uses the principle of centrifugal sedimentation separation to separate the suspension in drilling fluid. Horizontal centrifuges are divided into high-speed centrifuges and medium speed centrifuges according to the speed.

Characteristics and advantages of horizontal centrifuge:

1. The drum is made of high-quality SS316L or ss2205 duplex stainless steel by centrifugal casting, with high quality and long service life;

2. The slag outlet of the drum adopts cemented carbide sleeve or ceramic inlay, and the slag outlet is more wear-resistant;

3. The slag discharge surface of screw propeller is sprayed with tungsten carbide or embedded with cemented carbide blocks, which is more wear-resistant;

4. The bearing adopts German fag or Swedish SKF famous brand products to improve equipment stability and bearing service life;

5. High strength composite materials are used for shock absorption;

6. Constant speed or variable frequency control can be selected to facilitate customers to adjust the speed at any time to meet the requirements of different working conditions;
