The heated waste air or exchanged hot air enter into the drying chamber of rotary (Kiln) dryer, and make the direct-heat transferring to the wet sludge in the drying chamber and make the water inside the sludge evaporate quickly .meanwhile, inside the drying chamber, there are the special-designed breaking device. The tiny particle of dried sludge follow the air are discharge out by the outside passage way and then collected. But for the big particles, it will stay a long time for drying at drying chamber .the partial waste air are pumped out .though the waste air treatment , it can make it up to the air exhausting standard(or low temperature through the water scrapper) and then discharge to the atmosphere .

The main body of the rotary (Kiln)d dryer are the cylinder with incline slightly . The speed of the cylinder is adjustable.
The wet material is fed into the dryer by the feeder, meanwhile , the material will be breaked during entering the cylinder.

The tail air gone through the water scrapper and then discharge into the atmosphere.
