Vertical centrifuge

Vertical separator is a single-stage continuous working vertical scraper discharge drying centrifuge, also known as vertical drying centrifuge and rock cuttings dryer. There are many holes on the drum wall of the drilling cuttings dryer. The inner surface of the drum is covered with filter media. The suspension added to the drum rotates with the drum to generate huge centrifugal pressure. Under the action of pressure, the liquid in the suspension flows through the filter media and the holes on the drum wall, and the solid is intercepted on the surface of the filter media, so as to realize the separation of solid and liquid. The centrifugal force generated by the suspension in the drum is thousands of times of gravity, which strengthens the filtration process, speeds up the filtration speed and obtains the filter residue with low moisture content.

Characteristics and advantages of vertical centrifuge:

1. The rotating speed can reach 900 rpm which can effectively separate the liquid in the oil slurry;

2. The discharge scraper is made of cemented carbide with long service life;

3. Each replaceable selected part has passed the dynamic balance test to ensure the balance of the whole machine after replacing the part;

4. Independent oil circuit cooling system, equipped with scientific oil tank cooling system to meet the use requirements in high temperature environment;

5. The discharge port can be equipped with screw conveyor to facilitate the transportation of dry drilling cuttings and the continuous operation of the equipment;

6. The conical top cover is provided with an observation port to check the wear of the screen and spiral scraper at any time.
